Catherine Clein brings over 20 years of experience and advocacy with her, as she represents clients at The Clein Law Firm. During her career, she worked in-house for and defended eight national insurance companies and their insureds from intake through trial.
After defending and trying cases for insurance companies and their insureds, Catherine left the world of corporate constraints and micro-management behind and started The Clein Law Firm to pursue the rights of those injured, harmed, or wronged at the hands of another. After collaborating with and advising insurance companies on the value of cases, she knows what they are looking for in order to accept liability, make their best offer, and bring your matter to conclusion.
When you are injured or facing insurance coverage denials from your own insurance company, you need a tested negotiator and trial attorney who knows how to effectively communicate with the insurance companies' claims adjusters, so that you do not have to worry about anything other than recovery.
