After defending and trying cases for insurance companies and their insureds for two decades, Catherine Clein left her work in the area of corporate insurance behind and started The Clein Law Firm to pursue the rights of those injured, harmed, or wronged at the hands of another. After collaborating with and advising insurance companies on the value of cases, she knows what they are looking for in order to accept liability, make their best offer, and bring your matter to conclusion.

Catherine Clein has been working and trying cases in the area of personal injury for 20 years and, in that time, she represented well over one thousand clients. This experience has been both within her role as an insurance attorney and in private practice. During her career, she worked in-house for and defended eight national insurance companies and their insureds from the beginning of the lawsuits through trial. Because of her access to insurance company processes and representatives, she gained insider knowledge of how insurance companies view different types of accidents, injuries, medical treatment and billing, in order to negotiate and settle cases.
